FindaTradie – Lead Submission Terms & Conditions

Introduction
By submitting a job request (“Lead”) through FindaTradie, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not submit a Lead through the platform. FindaTradie operates as an online directory and connection platform between homeowners and independent tradespeople.

Nature of the Service
FindaTradie provides a platform to connect users with tradespeople and shares submitted Leads with relevant verified tradies. FindaTradie does not provide construction, repair, or trade services directly. You acknowledge that FindaTradie is not a contractor, employer, or agent of any tradie listed on the platform.

Lead Distribution & Duration
By submitting a Lead, you agree and understand that your Lead will be made available to relevant tradies on the platform and will remain live for a maximum of 7 days from submission. After this period, the Lead may be removed, archived, or no longer actively distributed. FindaTradie does not guarantee the number of responses you will receive or that any tradie will contact you.

No Guarantee of Work or Service Quality
While FindaTradie may verify businesses and review profiles, we do not guarantee the quality of work carried out by any tradie, the accuracy of information provided by tradies, that any tradie is suitable for your specific requirements, or that any agreement between you and a tradie will be fulfilled. All agreements, contracts, and work undertaken are strictly between you and the tradie. You are solely responsible for carrying out your own due diligence, verifying qualifications, insurance, and suitability, and agreeing terms, pricing, and scope of work.

Independent Contractors
All tradies on FindaTradie are independent businesses and are not employed by or under the control of FindaTradie. FindaTradie does not supervise or control their work, manage projects, or interfere in agreements between users and tradies.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindaTradie shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from work carried out by a tradie, including poor workmanship, delays, or project issues, financial loss, property damage, or indirect losses. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, and loss of opportunity or reputation. FindaTradie acts solely as a directory platform and does not guarantee outcomes or third-party conduct.

User Responsibility
By submitting a Lead, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful and that you have the authority to request the work. You understand that multiple tradies may contact you. You agree not to submit false or misleading requests or use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Communication & Contact
By submitting a Lead, you consent to being contacted by relevant tradies and by FindaTradie regarding your request. Communication may take place via phone, email, or platform messaging.

No Endorsement
While FindaTradie may verify or review businesses, this does not constitute a guarantee, recommendation, or endorsement of quality or suitability. Users must make their own independent decisions.

Changes to Service
FindaTradie reserves the right to modify or remove Leads, change how Leads are distributed, and update platform features or services at any time.

Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a Lead, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
